The Renaissance Wedding

David had first worked at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival just after High School, you know, back in the pre-Cambrian Era, well 1977, just after it opened. He worked there a couple of times in following years, okay, okay! Decades. Both his sister Lynn and his mother Lorraine loved attending the Festival too. David's sister Lynn worked there even more often than Dave did in the 80's. Beth on the other hand has been attending Fest since about 1990 and this year will share a merchant's booth with fellow artist Sarah Pauline-Kunze, Sarah was also a wedding guest naturally enough. So that's why we decided on the Renaissance Theme for our Wedding. We both love the event and wanted to have a booth there. Beth's website is Wyrdhaven, David has written pages for Freemars and MnSFS, the Minnesota Space Frontier Society and Sarah's website is called Fortryllelse Gallery. The Rev. Liz Johnson, who performed the ceremony for us also has a website called Firewind Products. Other folks with webites will have their links on the first mention of their name below.

"You may kiss the Bride!	We 'jump the broom'.	Now it's official with the state.

	Sagewood Hall begins a new chapter.

Beth an David were both saddened by the fact that both of their fathers could not attend the ceremony due to both of them being hospitalized. David's father William D. Buth passed away on Saturday, May 27th and his funeral was on Friday, June 2nd. Beth's father Harold Odin Hansen passed away on Teusday, July 11th and his funeral was on Saturday, July 15th.
