Next Meeting

The September meeting of the MAS will be held at the Science Museum of Minnesota on Thursday September 7th from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the second level classroom area.

For the September MAS meeting, Sebastian Hidalgo will be giving a presentation on the Local Group of Galaxies - how the local group was formed and how it has evolved.

Visitors and prospective members are welcome. Ask any SMM attendant for directions to the meeting.

Speaker Sebastian Hidalgo was unavailable due to logistical complications. Talk rescheduled for Jan 2007.
