Monthly meetings of the Minnesota Astronomical Society are held on the first Thursday of the month at the Science Museum of Minnesota in downtown St. Paul from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Members, guests and visitors are welcome to attend.
Jan 3: Former MAS VP Ben Mullin will give a presentation with the working title 'Visual Variable Star Observing Is Fun'
Please note that there is a Wild Hockey game at the Exel Energy Center this evening. Traffic will be high and event parking will be in effect. Event parking requires $12 entrance to the Science Museum parking ramp. Bring your ramp ticket to the ticket counter in the Science Museum and tell them you are there for the MAS meeting. You will be refunded $7 (making parking cheaper than a regular meeting usually).
