WHAT TO BRING:

A list of all the events you have planned for 1999.
Informational material to distribute to others groups about your group events and/or meetings. ( flyers & Advertisements )
Everyone will be given the opportunity to make a one minute introduction to the entire group. Tell us about your group.
Current Mailing Address , phone numbers and e-mail address.
A food or snack item. This meeting will be potluck.
Personal calendar.
Anyone or thing that you feel will help enhance the meeting.

BASIC AGENDA:

12:00 - Meeting SET up - social time.
12:33 - Meeting opens with information &comments.
1:01 - Special Awards presentation.
1:16 - Beginning of introductions.
3:02 - Networking time, information exchange, calendar coordination, etc.
4:30 - Meeting ends.

Every effort has been made to reach all of the different groups in the area. If you know of one we missed, please let us know so that we can invite them. This meeting is open to everyone.

We have an exciting agenda, with a very special awards this year and this type of networking provides some really great opportunities for those involved. I sincerely hope that you and/or a representative from your group can attend.
