Galileo’s Birthday, A Membership Drive

WHAT: Tours of the Universe, live local music, appetizers, beverages, Galileo performance, telescopes

COST: Free to members but you may join that night

RSVP: Space is limited to 200 people so reserve now!

Email Mike@mplanetarium.org with your name and names of guests you will be bringing.

DETAILS:

• ExploraDome tours of the Universe every 30 minutes
• Great live local music
  • Maud Hixson and Rick Carlson (www.maudhixson.com)
  • Jazz Band
• Galileo theater from 5 to 5:30 pm
• Complimentary appetizers for members served by Joe’s Garage (www.joes-garage.com)
• Complimentary first beverage for members. Cash bar thereafter. Beer, wine, and soft drinks.
• Telescope on the deck, weather permitting
• Well behaved children are welcome so bring family and friends.

  WHY:

  • Encourage you to join the Minnesota Planetarium Society. We need your support now. Memberships start at just $30.
  • Give you a super tour of the universe.
  • Bring you up to date on the plans for the new Minnesota Planetarium.

  We encourage you to take the light rail to the Cedar-Riverside exit. Bedlam Theater is right there. The Theater also has a 30-car, free parking lot but it is likely to fill early. Limited street parking is also available.
